How Can severe Itchiness In The Vagina Be Treated?

Hello doc... I'm 21 years old girl from Nepal. Since 10 days I have itching issues down there but not in vag.... Its on the both side starting from vag to anus and it is in circular patches form..I regularly change my undergarment and keep that area clean ... I'm so worried ... what to do ?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to fungal infection. It is most common by tenia areata and microsporum fungus.
I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergo examination, KOH mount to confirm cause
Following treatment will help you
Tablet terfinadine
Apply clotimazole cream twice daily
Wash affected part with warm water, keep area clean and dry
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Wear pure cotton loose inner, avoid sweats in affected area and change inner after workout.
